When can I expect to receive my order?We process and ship orders within 2 to 3 business days. We do not process and ship orders during Saturdays starting at 1pm PST through Sundays, or holidays. When experiencing a high volume of orders, it may take up to 5 business days to process and ship orders. Shipping within Canada is estimated to take 3 to 10 days and may take longer on remote locations (i.e. NL, NU, NT, YT). Shipping to continental United States is estimated to take between 3 to 8 days.

Do you ship internationally?Currently, we can only ship to continental United States due to cost of delivery. We are in the planning stage to ship internationally to cover other countries.

Do you accept Returns?Subject to the terms and conditions specified in our Shipping & Return Policy page, items pruchased can be returned within seven (7) days upon delivery. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs when making a return. As such, we recommend shipping with a courier that can provide tracking and insurance as Gifts On Site is not responsible for lost packages. Items purchased and shipped to Gift recipients directly are not qualified for a refund.

How do I return an online purchase?To return the items purchased: 1. Please contact us at information@giftsonsite.com with your order number and details (i.e date of purchase, etc.) to return any purchased item for reasons of return and to secure a return authorization number. 2. Send the purchased items back together with a copy of the proof of purchase at: P.O Box 36116 Surrey, BC RPO HillCrest Village, V3S 7Y5 All returned items must be unworn, unmodified and unused in the original packaging and with the original tags still attached. If the returned items do not satisfy these requirements, your return will not be accepted. Return shipping charges are covered at the customer’s expense.

When I can get my refund for returned items?Returns and refunds are generally processed within 3 business days of receipt. However, it may take the credit card company up to a week to reflect the refund on your statement. Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Any shipping and handling fee paid are non-refundable.

I received a damaged item what should I do?We ensure and guarantee that all items purchased at Gifts on Site are shipped in good condiiton. Gifts on Site is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
