Shipping & Returns 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Saturday, 1 pm PST through Sunday, or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Our shipping carriers include:

> Canada Post

> United States Postal Service (USPS)

> Canpar

 

Shipping within Canada is estimated to take 3 to 10 days. Remote locations (i.e. NL, NU, NT, YT) have additional fees.

 

Shiping to continental United States is estimated to take between 3 to 8 days. Our shipments within the continental United States includes a handling fee of $12 per shipment.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders from the United States are subject to US Customs Duty and Tax regulations and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details. All APO/FPO addressed packages will ship via USPS.

Damages

Gifts on Site is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by our carriers. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded. Gifts on Site will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Return and Refund

Please contact us at information@giftsonsite.com with your order number and details (i.e date of purchase, etc.) to return any purchased item for reasons of return and to secure a return authorization number.

Items purchased may be returned within seven (7) days upon your receipt of the item. All returned items must be unworn, unmodified and unused in the original packaging and with the original tags still attached. If the returned items do not satisfy these requirements, your return will not be accepted.

We will fully examine the returned item upon receipt and notify you via email within a reasonable period of time for the status of the returned item and refund.

Returns and refunds are generally processed within 3 business days of receipt. However, it may take the credit card company up to a week to reflect the refund on your statement.

Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Any shipping and handling fee paid are non-refundable.

We require that you provide your proof of purchase when returning an item. This can be the invoice or receipt that was e-mailed to you.

Items purchased and shipped to Gift recipients directly are not qualified for a refund.

Return shipping charges are covered at the customer’s expense.
